Meet Dr. Atsushi Nishikawa at 72nd JSAP Spring Meeting 2025 in Tokyo, Japan. Atsushi-san will attend the award ceremony at the 72nd JSAP Spring Meeting 2025, March 14th to 17th in Tokyo. Together with our collegue Alexander Loesing he is a co-authors of a paper published in Appl. Phys. Express that has received an Outstand Paper Award from the Japanese Society of Applied Physics.

Just a week later Dr. Atsushi Nishikawa will be present at the International Conference on Display Technology #ICDT2025 in Xiamen, Fujian, China. As invited speaker he will share how how #300mm #GaN-on-Si based #micro-LED technology enables access to standard #silicon processing lines and how the resulting quality, cost and yield advantages can contribute to breakthroughs for novel #micro-LED displays.

Afterwards Atsushi-san will travel to Shanghai, China for an invited talk on #300mm #GaN-on-Si epiwafer technology for #micro-LED production in #silicon industry fabs at the Compound Semiconductor Asia Conference #CSAsia 2025.
